UNTETHERED VR SECURITY POLICY
Untethered VR uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online transactions. Stripe processes online transactions for thousands of Global merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at email@example.com
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We do not issue refunds for a change of mind. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. A refund fee may apply.
You have up to 48 hours before a booking date to cancel or reschedule your booking. We do not accept last minute cancellations. If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, you can contact the office at email@example.com. Bookings can only be cancelled at the discretion of Untethered VR. Cancelled bookings will be credited to the purchasers Untethered VR account.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Sessions are potentially booked back-to-back so you MUST arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to get a head start on the check-in, safety briefing, and gear-up process. Should you arrive late for your booking, this time will not be re-allocated or added. Your booking will end when it is scheduled to.
CHILDREN UNATTENDED POLICY
Children under 18 years are not to be left unattended in any area as Untethered VR staff members are not responsible for the safety or care of children.
If there is no one to supervise your child you will be unable to enter the game space. You will not receive a credit or refund.
